2. The following data MUST be loaded in Level 0 then pushed to Level 1 for a student to receive a preprinted NYSESLAT answer sheet
Program Service Code 0231 (LEP Eligible) MUST be listed
LEP Duration should be populated in Demographics
3. How to determine the student is coded correctly in Level 1
Refer to the Cognos report entitled "Program Services-Detail NYSESLAT" for a list of eligible students in your district
4. Demo data will be extracted from Level 1 DW after the March 14 submission date to preprint the NYSESLAT answer sheets
ONLY those students pushed to Level 1 and coded correctly will receive preprinted NYSESLAT answer sheets
5. Shipments of Test Materials delivered to school from Questar Assessment, Inc:

Listening, Reading, and Writing, May 2-4
Writing Scoring Materials, May 14-15
6. TEST ADMINISTRATION:
Speaking Administration Dates: Wednesday, April 18 - Friday, May 18
Speaking Make-up Dates: MAKE-UPS MUST BE GIVEN WITHIN THE TESTING WINDOW
Listening, Reading, Writing Administration Dates: Monday, May 7 - Friday, May 18
L, R, W Make-up Dates: MAKE-UPS MUST BE GIVEN WITHIN THE TESTING WINDOW
7. IMMEDIATELY following the last day of test administration / make-up period give a copy of the following to your district CIO:
Completed N24-2 form(s)
Preprinted Roster Report(s)
Completed Extra Answer Sheet Roster(s)
8. Scoring Dates:
Speaking: is scored as it is administered
Listening, Reading, Writing: Monday, May 21 - Thursday, May 31
9. Answer Sheets due at NERIC by 4:00 PM, Thursday, May 31. You may send your NYSESLAT answer sheets to NERIC any time prior to this date, BUT, not later than 4:00 PM, May 31, 2012.
Be sure to check that the Item Responses (FOR TEACHERS ONLY) are thoroughly completed.
