1.     Preprinting Answer Sheets:

• Level 0 upload deadline – 4/24/2013
• Data extracted to preprint answer sheets – 4/26/2013
• Answer sheets mailed to districts – 5/8/2013

2.     Performance Test: Wednesday, May 22 - Friday, May 31

3.     Performance Make-up: MAKE-UPS MUST BE GIVEN WITHIN THE ADMINISTRATION WINDOW

4.     Written Test: Monday, June 3

5.     Written Make-up: Tuesday, June 4 - Wednesday, June 5

6.     IMMEDIATELY following the last day of test administration / make-up period give a copy of the following to your district CIO:

• Completed N24-2 form(s)
• Roster Report(s)
• Completed Extra Answer Sheet Roster(s)

7.     Scoring: Following administration, but no later than Thursday, June 13

8.     Answer Sheets due at NERIC by 4 PM, Thursday, June 13. You may send your Science answer sheets to NERIC any time prior to 6/13/2013, BUT, not later than 4:00 PM, June 13, 2013.

Be sure to check that the Item Responses (FOR TEACHER USE ONLY) are thoroughly completed.
